Founded in 2026 by entrepreneurs and investors with experience at Merantix, QuantCo, McKinsey QuantumBlack and Princeville Capital, it supports its group companies across the decisive areas of talent, sales, technology and growth capital.
Our roots in AI consulting go back to 2016, when members of our team were among the first employees at Merantix, one of Europe's leading AI venture studios. That technological expertise is complemented by years of private equity and M&A experience in building, scaling and buy-and-build of company groups — the foundation of our platform strategy.
